  1. Purchase and Pricing

6.1 The website enables convenient and secure online purchasing. The binding price is the price shown on the payment page at the time the order is placed.
6.2 The Site's management may update prices, and change, remove, or add products and services at its discretion.
6.3 Payment shall be made using the payment methods available on the payment page.

  1. Chart Packages – Binding Details

The package is personal and non-transferable. Prices may change from time to time; users should check the current price and terms before purchasing.
a. One chart – 18 ₪ – Immediate use.
b. 10 Charts – 170 ₪ – for use during Up to two months.
c. 20 Charts – 360 ₪ – for use during up to 3 months.
D. 50 Charts – 490 ₪ – for use during Up to 6 months.

  1. Annual Club Membership: Terms

8.1 Purchasing a subscription grants participation in the club until March 2026 Regardless of the registration date
8.2 Canceling a Purchase:

  • can be canceled within 24 hours From the moment of purchase – by written notice.
  • Another Option: Cancellation only after the first club meeting has aired – Refund minus One month.
  • If a cancellation notice is not submitted by this date – cancellation will not be possible, and billing will continue until the end of the subscription (March 2026).
    8.3 The subscription Personal and is non-transferable.
    8.4 Subscription Validity: 12 months.
    8.5 Monthly rates:
  • Regular subscription – 80 ₪ × 12.
  • Premium Subscription: 233 ₪ × 12.
  • Extended subscription: 266 ₪ × 12.
  1. Returns and Cancellations Policy

9.1 Refund/change/cancellation possible within 14 The day the order is received, provided that that has not been used in the product/service.
9.2 Exceptions: Digital products and the book –  None A refund of any kind after purchase.
9.3 A refund will be issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Following a cancellation notice, the amount paid will be refunded less a 5% cancellation fee of the transaction amount (or as required by law).
9.4 The site's management may cancel or discontinue a transaction, sale, or order, in whole or in part, or the operation of the site/calculator – at its discretion. In such a case, notice will be given, and the site's management will refrain from charging or will refund amounts paid. Other than the refund of amounts, the user shall have no claim or demand.

  1. Changes to the Terms, Discontinuation of Activity

12.1 The Site's management may change payments, rates, packages, subscriptions, and handling/cancellation fees from time to time; the binding price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
12.2 The site management may terminate a package immediately without a refund In the event of a violation of these terms.
12.3 In the event of the business closing and/or a change in activity, notice will be given 10 days in advance; unused balances will be refunded, and the user shall have no claim or demand in this regard.
